She also has extensive ballet training including the LINES Ballet Training Program. She performed with Dawson/Wallace Dance Project in Denver.
My mission is to provide thoughtful and gentle therapy in a safe setting for those who have not found relief elsewhere in the medical system. It is important to me to listen to each person individually to get to the root cause of the issue. The goal is not only to provide pain relief but to empower patients to be in charge of their own healing. Being injured can make you feel isolated and helpless. I work with my patients as a team to teach them how to work with their bodies for real, lasting relief.
I have been involved in movement my entire life, first as a professional ballerina and later as a Pilates instructor. Physical therapy has allowed me to apply evidence-based techniques to what I have already learned in my previous careers. To further ensure optimal care, I became a board-certified orthopedic specialist and pursued a certificate in both vestibular and concussion therapy. With this experience and education, it will be hard to stump me
I am committed to working with patients of all ages, races, sizes, abilities, religions, sexual orientations, and gender identities. Physical therapy is for everyone, and everyone is welcome
